The YouTube Content Generator is a WordPress plugin that transforms YouTube videos into high-quality written content using advanced AI technology. It allows you to easily repurpose video content into blog posts with customizable parameters for tone, length, and target audience.
- WordPress 5.6 or higher
- PHP 7.4 or higher
- An active internet connection
- A valid license key
No coding knowledge is required. The plugin features an intuitive interface that makes it easy for anyone to generate content from YouTube videos.
License keys can be purchased from our official website at wpvideo2blog.com. Various packages are available depending on your content generation needs.
Each content generation request consumes one credit. Your remaining credits are displayed prominently in the plugin dashboard. When your credits run low, you'll see notifications and "Buy More Credits" buttons to easily purchase additional credits.
On your YouTube video in the bottom right you will see CC icon.
No, licenses are issued on a per-site basis. Each WordPress installation requires its own license key. We do offer multi-site packages for developers and agencies.
When you have no credits remaining, the "Generate Content" button will be disabled, and you'll be prompted to purchase more credits. Your account and past generated content will remain accessible.
The plugin works best with videos that have clear content structure. Tutorial videos, reviews, presentations, interviews, and educational content typically yield excellent results. Videos with poor audio quality or highly technical content may produce varying results.
Word count depends on the length option you select:
- Short: Approximately 300-500 words
- Medium: Approximately 600-800 words
- Long: 900+ words
Yes! You can specify:
- Target audience (up to 100 characters)

- Content length (Short, Medium, Long)
- Additional context to further guide content generation
Yes, the plugin automatically extracts the YouTube video ID and embeds it at the end of your generated content in a responsive format. The original video URL is also included as a clickable link.
If the process fails, you'll receive a clear error message explaining the issue. No credit is deducted for failed generation attempts, and you can try again immediately. Common issues include video unavailability or network connectivity problems.
While there's no strict limit, we recommend videos between 5-30 minutes for optimal results. Very short videos may not provide enough content for meaningful generation, while extremely long videos might result in more generalized content.
For the plugin to function correctly, your WordPress site must be able to receive incoming connections for the callback mechanism. If your site is on a local environment or behind a firewall, you may need to use port forwarding or a tunneling service.
The plugin only collects the minimum information required for content generation, such as the YouTube video URL and your content preferences. No personal user data is collected beyond what's necessary for the service to function.
You fully own all content generated through the plugin. You're free to use, edit, publish, and distribute it as you see fit. Our terms of service prohibit generating content that violates copyright or other intellectual property rights.
We release regular updates to improve functionality, fix bugs, and add new features. You'll be notified of available updates through the WordPress admin dashboard, and we recommend keeping the plugin updated for the best experience.
